Maria Regina Church is Your Home
If you are new to the area or just visiting, Maria Regina welcomes you! To become a member of our community of faith, please stop by the Parish Office or call us at (310) 323-0030. We pray your time with us is enjoyable and spiritually enriching.
Rev. Sang Tran, Pastor
Registering in a parish is a declaration of your desire to part of a Catholic Community and a commitment to the life of the parish family.
Being a registered parishioner makes things much easier when it is time for infant baptism, school registration, weddings, upon being asked to be a baptismal or confirmation sponsor, and even for funerals.
We are often asked to provide affidavits for baptism and confirmation sponsors. We can only do this when a family or each person is registered, active, and a contributing member of our parish.
If you wish to register with our parish family, please call the Parish Office at (310) 323-0030 or stop by the office to complete a registration form.

Second Collection on behalf of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles
This weekend, on behalf of the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, we will be taking a second collection for the Dominican Sisters and their work in Vietnam. The Sisters provide hands-on ministry to reach the people in the countryside through such programs as training teachers for the children, providing job-training centers for the people who have no jobs, helping to foster a more healthy lifestyle, and creating more medical stations for the sick. The few schools that do exist are difficult to reach, and many children walk to school on empty stomachs. Thank you in advance for your prayers and generosity to support their important, vital missionary work.
Check out their slideshow! Press F5 after you save to your PC to view the slides.

We, the People of God, under the patronage of Maria Regina, Queen of Heaven and Earth, are called to be disciples of Jesus Christ in this time and in this place. As members of the Body of Christ we gather to worship at the Altar of the Lord in Word and Eucharist, in which we are nourished. From here we go forth as disciples in the power of the Holy Spirit to make the Good News of Jesus Christ alive in our world.
