Building On Our Foundation ~~ Phase II~~
Our total number of pledged bricks is 378. Thanks to all the families who have supported our building fund efforts. This is a very exciting time and we need to push on to get all 600 Bricks pledged. Please keep up the good work.
Phase II of the Building Plan has now begun, we are looking for support from the entire parish community to raise the next 300,000 dollars so that we can continue the work that needs to be done in the Church. We must have 600 families commit to sponsoring a Brick over the next few weeks so that we can continue this project. The commitment is for 5 dollars a week for the next two years or 21 dollars a month. It is the basic parish ideal that each of us doing a little with God's help and blessings makes great thing happen.
55 years ago a small group of families gathered here in Gardena and made plans to construct our church and school. Now 55 years later another, much larger group of families gathers in the fruit of their labors, our beautiful Parish Plant. We have so much to be thankful for in at Maria Regina. One of the ways that we give thanks is by thinking about the generations who will come after us and what we are able to do now to prepare for them.
Please fill out the registration form and commit to Building On Our Foundation today.
