Mission Statement

Maria Regina is a student-centered school dedicated to fostering a love of God, a respect for oneself and others, developing an understanding of the Roman Catholic Church, to spread the Good News of Jesus and to provide a safe and nurturing environment for academic learning and spiritual growth. An emphasis is placed on building a personal relationship with God, through which the whole child is developed.

Maria Regina Catholic School is an integral part of Maria Regina Parish and as such endeavors to educate students according to Catholic principles by teaching fundamental moral values and Catholic doctrine. Our school community encourages our students to be faith-filled, academically prepared, socially conscious, life-long learners and accountable Catholic-Christians who foster a love of God with respect for oneself and others in the world. We provide a safe and nurturing environment for spiritual, academic, intellectual development.

We, the People of God, under the patronage of Maria Regina, Queen of Heaven and Earth, are called to be disciples of Jesus Christ in this time and in this place.  As members of the Body of Christ gathering for worship at the Altar of the Lord in Ward and Eucharist, in which we are nourished.  From here we go forth as disciples, in the power of the Holy Spirit, to make the Good News of Jesus Christ alive in our world.
